PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VISUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN FIKIH KELAS IA MI AL-ABRAR MAKASSAR
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini berjudul pemanfaatan media pembelajaran visual dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Fikih kelas 1A MI Al-Abrar Makassar dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Fikih kelas 1A melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran visual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (action research classroom) yang dilakukan dua siklus, melalui 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif yang dikuantifikasi untuk menentukan hasil nilai dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik terhadap materi pelajaran Fikih setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran visual. Peningkatan motivasi dapat dilihat pada indikator motivasi: (a) bertanya; pada siklus I sebanyak 19 atau 49,99% peserta didik mengalami peningkatan menjadi 26 atau 68,41%, (b) menjawab; pada siklus I sebanyak 20 atau 52,62% meningkat menjadi 29 atau 76,31% pada siklus II, (c) memperhatikan pelajaran; pada siklus I sebanyak 27 atau 71,05% peserta didik meningkat menjadi 32 atau 84,20%, (d) berpartisipasi; pada siklus I sebanyak 22 atau 57,89% menjadi 30 atau 78,94% peserta didik. Setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran visual terjadi peningkatan motivasi secara klasikal dari 57,88% pada siklus I menjadi 76,96% pada siklus II yaitu dengan peningkatan 19,08%.
Abstract: This study is about the utilization of visual instructional media in improving learners' learning motivation on Fiqh subjects of class 1A MI Al-Abrar Makassar. The aim of this research is to increase the motivation of learners in class 1A in studying Fiqh through the use of visual learning media. This research is a classroom action research) which performed two cycles, through four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data obtained through the observations were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques and are quantified to determine the outcome value and percentage. The results showed an increase in the motivation of the learners to the subject after using visual learning media. The increased motivation can be seen from the indicators of motivation: (a) asking questions; in the first cycle,19 or 49.99% of learners has experienced improvement to 26 or 68.41%, (b) answer questions; in the first cycle, 20 or 52.62% students experienced improvement to 29 or 76.31% in the second cycle, (c) paying attention to the lesson; in the first cycle, 27 or 71.05% of learners attention increased to 32 or 84.20%, (d) participation; in the first cycle 22 or 57.89% to 30 learners or 78.94%. After using visual learning media, motivation of the whole increased from 57.88% in the first cycle to 76.96% in the second cycle, namely the increase of 19.08%.
