STUDI PERBANDINGAN PENGUASAAN MATEMATIKA ANTARA SISWA KELAS VI SD NEGERI 5 KOTA BIMA DAN MIN 1 KOTA BIMA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Realisasi dari usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan supaya tampak keterpaduan peningkatan pendidikan mutu antara lembaga pendidikan yang satu dengan lembaga yang lain, maka telah dirintis sejak dahulu tentang peningkatan mutu pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah agar dapat mencapai tingkat kesamaan dan mutu pendidikan di sekolah umum sehingga ijazah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dapat mempunyai nilai yang sama dengan sekolah umum yang setingkatnya. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas yang menjadi masalah pokok penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui seberapa besar perbandingan Penguasaan Matematika antara siswa kelas VI Min Tolobali Kota Bima dan SDN 5 Kota Bima Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan data diperoleh dengan instrumen tes penguasaan matematika setelah dikalibrasi terdiri dari 20 butir soal, mengukur ranah kognitif validitas dengan indeks diskrimasi (ID) pada taraf signifikasi dengan nsoal = 25 maka didapatkan rtabel = 0.306, reliabelitas dengan Kuder Richardson (KR-20) pada taraf signifikasi dengan tabel nsoal = 20 maka didapatkan rtabel = 0.306, dan tingkat kesukaran dengan kriteria tingkat kesukaran yang digunakan pada analisa ini adalah : jika p kategori soal mudah, 0.30 kategori soal sedang, dan p kategori soal sukar. Teknik statistik yang digunakan adalah uji-t pada taraf signifikansi . terdapat perbedaan antara penguasaan belajar matematika siswa kelas VI Min Tolobali Kota Bima dan SDN 5 Kota Bima. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata SDN 5 Kota Bima sebesar 64.46 dan Min Tolobali Kota Bima sebesar 71.09, serta thitung ttabel (thitung =2.53, ttabel = 1.67). Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan rata-rata penguasaan belajar matematika siswa Min Tolobali Kota Bima lebih tinggi dari SDN 5 Kota Bima.
AbstractThe realization of efforts to improve the quality of education so that there is an integrated increase in quality education between one educational institution and another, has been initiated since the beginning to improve the quality of Islamic education in order to achieve the level of similarity and quality of education in public schools so that the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah diploma can have the same value as a public school of the same level. Based on the background of the above problems, the main problem of this research is to find out how much the comparison of Mathematical Mastery between students in class VI Min Tolobali Kota Bima and SDN 5 Kota Bima in 2016/2017 Academic Year. In this study, data retrieval was obtained with a mathematics mastery test instrument after calibration consisting of 20 items, measuring the domain of cognitive validity with the discrimination index (ID) at the significance level with nsoal = 25 then rtable = 0.306, reliability with Kuder Richardson (KR- 20) at the level of significance with nsoal = 20 table then rtable = 0.306, and the level of difficulty with the difficulty level criteria used in this analysis are: if p is easy problem category, 0.30 category is moderate, and p category is difficult. The statistical technique used is the t-test at a significance level. there is a difference between the mastery of mathematics learning for students in class VI Min Tolobali Kota Bima and SDN 5 Kota Bima. This can be seen from the average value of SDN 5 Kota Bima at 64.46 and Min Tolobali Kota Bima at 71.09, as well as tcount ttabel (thitung = 2.53, ttable = 1.67). So it can be concluded that the average mastery of mathematics learning in Min Tolobali Kota Bima is higher than SDN 5 Kota Bima.
