ANALISIS FAKTOR BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA KUALIFIKASI GURU RAUDHATUL ATHFAL
Abstract
Abstract: This research aimed at analyzing the students' interest, age, teaching experience on their achievement at Mathematics Department of Raudatul Athfal Teacher Qualification Development Program of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of The Alaudddin State Islamic University. The data obtained through a questionnaire and documentation and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the research showed that: (1) students' interest was in the middle category; (2) most of the respondents' ages range from 13th to 14th; (3) their teaching experiences range from six to ten years; (4) their learning achievements were very satisfying. The result of differential statistical analysis showed that interest, age, and teaching experience together did not significantly influence the respondents learning achievements.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor minat, usia, dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika Program Peningkatan Kualifikasi Guru Raudhatul Athfal Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Temuan hasil penenelitian ini menunjuk-kan bahwa responden memiliki: (1) minat belajar kategori sedang; (2) dominan berusia usia antara 33 sampai 41 tahun; dan (3) pengalaman mengajar antara 6 sampai 10 tahun; (4) prestasi belajar responden tergolong sangat memuaskan. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menyimpulkan bahwa minat, usia, dan pengalaman mengajar tidak berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa.
