Focus and Scope

This journal contains articles related to the application of theory, thoughts and ideas, theoretical applications, research results, development, and literature review in the field of Islamic education.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to INSTRUCTION: International Journal for Islamic Education is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "peer-review". It is due to increasing the quality of articles. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is mostly based upon their reports/recommendations. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another reviewer (third reviewer) before making a decision, if necessary. The Editorial Team, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on the status of the manuscript with regard to publication.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publishing Ethics

The authors must ensure that his/her manuscript does not infringe any copyright laws, and must indemnify the editors and publisher against any copyright infringement. It is the responsibility of the authors to obtain permission to use copyrighted material and provide such evidence upon submitting the manuscript.

Publication Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)

Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication: 750.000,00 (IDR)

If your manuscript is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover the publication cost.

Plagiarism

Authors should submit only original work that is not plagiarized and not has been published or being considered elsewhere. Turnitin will be used by the editorial team to check for similarities of the submitted manuscript with existing literatures.

INSTRUCTION is an acronym for International Journal for Islamic Education. The basis for naming the journal is inspired that education and teaching cannot be separated from the instruction process carried out by educators. This instruction is an administrative activity that is combined with the real teaching process in learning. Instruction is the process of designing and engineering to achieve a set of educational goals.
