Perkawinan Usia Anak Perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia
Abstract
Artikel ini akan mencoba melihat tentang perkawinan Usia Anak Perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia. Tema perkawinan Usia anak, menjadi isu yang sering diperbincangkan oleh para ilmuwan dan masyarakat, baik local maupun nasional dan menjadi isu kontemporer, karena dalam ketentuan undang-undang bahwa batasan usia perkawinan itu adalah 19 tahun. Tetapi kerap terjadi pelanggaran hukum terhadap ketentuan usia tersebut disebabkan karena banyak factor, misalnya factor budaya yang menganggap pamali jika terlambat kawin padahal sudah ada yang melamar, factor ekonomi/kemiskinan dan factor hamil di luar nikah serta Pendidikan rendah. Terlepas dari factor-faktor tersebut perkawinan usia anak dipandang melanggar hak asasi manusia, terutama hak anak yang seharusnya masih bisa menikmati masa bermain, dan hak untuk mendapatkan Pendidikan.
