Abstract

Abstract: Utilization of IT on the Evaluation of Student Learning Outcomes Through Google form Media, Case Study at SMA 5 Bone

Teachers must be able to utilize technology ranging from the learning planning process to the evaluation stage of student learning outcomes, especially during the learning period implemented online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to find out the utilization of IT at the stage of evaluating student learning outcomes through google form media conducted by teachers at SMA 5 Bone. This research uses quantitative research methods i.e. descriptive analysis. The data is collected using surveys and questionnaires, processed by interval analysis through the Likert Scale. The results showed that teachers do not use google form media as a container for student exams. As many as 62% of the respondents who were successfully tracked categorized that the use of google form is quite effectively used as a medium to evaluate student learning outcomes in 5 Bone High School. Various technology media today make it easier for teachers to conduct learning and evaluation processes, so that the implementation of these activities can run more productively. Google form is one of the media that make it easier for teachers to evaluate because the database model of research results is quite easy to process rather than by doing assessments manually. For this reason, the implication of this study is that teachers must improve  their main soft skills in the use of IT in order to work more productively.
