PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS DAN PENGELOLAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN

Abstract: The Effect of Classroom Management and Learning Media Management on Education Quality
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of classroom management and instructional media management on the quality of education in State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. All teachers in public junior high schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency, totaling 56 people became research respondents. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using simple and multiple linear regression analysis and conducting a determination test to test how much influence is generated. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a significant influence of class management on the quality of education by 16.0%; 2) there is a significant influence of learning media management on the quality of education by 16.3%; and 3) the influence of classroom management together with the management of learning media on the quality of education by 16.4% in State Junior High Schools in Ulaweng District, Bone Regency. Thus, classroom management and instructional media management are very important to implement in order to develop learning activities which ultimately have an impact on improving the quality of education in schools.
