THE INFLUENCE OF COMPETENCE AND PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES ON THE QUALITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AT STKIP DDI PINRANG SOUTH SULAWESI
Abstract
The purpose of this research is: to describe the competence, employee performance, and quality of administration services at STKIP DDI Pinrang South Sulawesi and to test the competence and simultaneous performance of clerical workers’ performance on the administrative services STKIP DDI Pinrang South Sulawesi. This type of research is a quantitative research type ex post facto. This kind of research is a quantitative study writer in STKIP DDI Pinrang South Sulawesi prevails 184 students combined the random sampling technique to be recovered by 36 students from 20% of the population. Instruments with questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the statistical analysis technique description and inferential that is the electronic regression analysis technique and the multiple regression. The results of study found that employee competence, administrative employee performance and administrative service quality are in the moderate category, wich means that the competence, performance and quality of administrative services in STKIP DDI Pinrang South Sulawesi still need to be improved. Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services and has an influence of 47.2%. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative service and has an influence of 64.8%. The competence and performance of administrative employees is both partially and simultaneously positive and significant effect on the quality of administration services at STKIP DDI Pinrang South Sulawesi and has an influence of 85.2%. The implication of this research is that the administration employees should continue to train and develop their existing potential has been looked at like the full knowledge, disciplinary traits and develop their skills so that performance becomes better, to work fully discipline and responsibility, resulting in quality and productivity work, keep commitments between fellow employees and organization so the quality of administration lavatory can increase. With the increased quality of administration services, students will be satisfied with service rendered.
