MANAGEMENT OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION LEARNING PROGRAMS AT THE INTEGRATED ISLAMIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AL-FITYAN SCHOOL GOWA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Islamic Religious Education learning management program and its supporting and inhibiting factors at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Al-Fityan School Gowa. This type of research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. The sources of this research were obtained directly from the people involved in the implementation of the learning management program at the Integrated Islamic Senior High School Al-Fityan Gowa. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: the management program for the development of Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Islam Terpadu Al-Fityan School Gowa is in accordance with the management function, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. This can be seen from the planning, namely compiling programs and making learning tools. The organization is handed over to Islamic Religious Education teachers and several other teachers in co-curricular activities. Supervision is carried out by school principals, vice principals in the field of curriculum in the form of learning supervision and evaluation monitoring (monev). Supporting factors for the implementation of the activity are good human resources, sufficient resources, synergy between parents and schools and foundations, support from the government, complete facilities, experience of teachers in making programs, and enthusiasm of participants for school activities. The inhibiting factors at the time of planning are sometimes some activities that are not discussed in detail. The implications of this research are expected: to PAI teachers so that programs that are not implemented because of activities to be carried out at other times.
