TEACHER PERCEPTIONS OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS AT SMA NEGERI 20 BONE

Abstract

This article aims to analyze environmental conditions based on teacher perceptions at SMA Negeri 20 Bone. The research was conducted using field research through a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were 28 teachers who were taken as a whole. The research instrument used was numbers which were distributed to all respondents then the data was collected and then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the work environment based on teacher perceptions at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is conducive with a proportion level of 90.25%. The high level of this proportion indicates that the work environment felt by the teacher is already conducive so that it needs to be maintained and maintained so that it remains conducive so that they can feel comfortable at work. Conditions of a conducive work environment will have an impact on various aspects, especially on the human resources who work in it, both in profit organizations and non-profit organizations. Therefore, the management organization must pay attention to the creation of a conducive work environment so that people can feel comfortable and motivated in carrying out various activities so that they are directed towards optimal results or goals as expected.
