Kajian Etnosains pada Kuliner Khas Lampung Seruit: Integrasi dengan Konsep Biologi SMA
Abstrak
Seruit merupakan makanan tradisional masyarakat Lampung yang biasanya dikonsumsi pada saat upacara adat, keagamaan maupun saat berkumpul dengan keluarga. Seruit terdiri dari berbagai macam olahan berupa ikan bakar, pepes, goreng, kemudian dicampur dengan sambal tempoyak dan ditambahkan berbagai macam sayuran rebus atau lalapan sayuran segar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis kajian etnosains tentang makanan khas Lampung Seruit sebagai sumber pembelajaran biologi yang sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup proses reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Menurut penelitian, diketahui bahwa rekonstruksi pengetahuan asli masyarakat menjadi pengetahuan ilmiah pada kajian etnosains kuliner khas Lampung dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran Biologi. Konsep Biologi yang sesuai dengan kajian etnosains Seruit, yakni keanekaragaman hayati di Indonesia, manfaat keanekaragaman hayati dengan menyajikan data hasil paparan manfaat spesies tertentu, dan analisis proses bioteknologi dan membuat bagan proses.
