Lentera Pendidikan : Jurnal Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan is a prestigious, multidisciplinary academic journal, professionally published by Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, Indonesia. Journal History

Lentera Akademika, founded in 1995, began as a prominent Indonesian-language journal dedicated to various academic fields, occasionally featuring articles in Arabic. In 2013, it evolved into Lentera Pendidikan : Jurnal Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, with print ISSN: 1979-3472 and electronic ISSN: 2580-5223, focusing on education, teacher training, and pedagogy. Initially published in Indonesian, the journal has progressively embraced multilingualism, incorporating both Arabic and English in recent years to expand its global readership and scholarly influence. This shift reflects the journal’s ongoing commitment to fostering international academic discourse, particularly in education and Islamic studies, and contributing to global knowledge exchange.
