IMPLEMENTATION OF MADRASAH-BASED MANAGEMENT IN REALIZING TEACHER WELFARE
Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in realizing teacher welfare at MTs Pesantren Tarbiyah Palleko, Takalar Regency. This research is qualitative in nature. Data sources were obtained through observations and interviews with the principal, treasurer, and teachers of MTs Pesantren Tarbiyah Palleko. The data processing and analysis techniques were carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that the planning of SBM at MTs Pesantren Tarbiyah Takalar is conducted collaboratively, focusing on the preparation of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAM) to ensure proper resource allocation for teacher welfare. The transparent and accountable implementation of SBM in financial management has improved teacher welfare and education quality. Ongoing supervision through monitoring and evaluation ensures that planned programs run according to objectives, maintain accountability, and support teacher welfare.
