PERANAN KEPOLISIAN DALAM MEMBERANTAS TINDAK PIDANA PENIPUAN BERKEDOK HIPNOTIS DI KOTA MAKASSAR (TELA’AH ATAS HUKUM ISLAM)

Penipuan yang banyak ditemukan di tengah masyarakat bermacam-macam yaitu salah satunya hipnotis kepada korban. Hipnotis tersebut ialah salah satu pelaku yang menghilangkan pikiran alam bawa sadar atau biasa dikatakan sugersti korban upaya bisa mengikuti apa keinginan pelaku. Permasalahan dalam penelitian tersebut yaitu peran Kepolisian dalam memberantas tindak pidana penipuan berkedok hipnotis ialah, kepolisian sudah sangat memaksimalkan upaya apa yang sudah ditugaskan dengan mengatasi tindak pidana tersebut, Pembuktian pihak kepolisian dalam menghadapi tindak pidana penipuan dengan modus hipnotis ini adalah media CCTV ini salah satu pihak kepolisian untuk mudah menangkap dan memperjelas pelaku yang melakukan tindakan kejahatan tersebut. Dan juga pembuktian yang lebih kuat yaitu saksi. Dalam pandangan hukum islam penipuan ini masuk dalam kategori takzir , yaitu hukuman yang diberikan sesuia apa yang pelaku ambil. Penerapan hukum pidana yang efisien untuk menanggulangi penipuan yang berkedok hipnotis saat ini yaitu KUHP dan dibantu oleh penegak hukum yaitu polisi untuk mengurai hipnotis di kota Makassar.

Abstract
Fraud is found in many diverse societies, one of which is hypnosis to victims. The hypnosis is one of the actors that removes the mind's nature, bring it conscious or commonly said to suggest victims of efforts can follow what the perpetrators want. The problem in this research is the role of the Police in combating criminal acts under the guise of hypnosis is, the police have greatly maximized what efforts have been assigned by overcoming these criminal acts, Proving the police in dealing with fraud with this hypnotic mode is this CCTV media one of the parties the police to easily catch and clarify the perpetrators who committed the crime. And also stronger evidence, namely witnesses. In the view of Islamic law, this fraud falls into the category of takzir, which is a punishment given according to what the perpetrators took. The application of an efficient criminal law to deal with fraud under the guise of hypnosis today is the Criminal Code and assisted by law enforcers namely the police to parse hypnosis in the city of Makassar.
