Pengaruh Perbandingan Konsentrasi Tween 80 dan Fosfatidilkolin terhadap Karakteristik Transferosom Asam Askorbat
Abstract
Transferosom adalah sistem pengantaran obat yang dapat membawa secara transdermal obat hidrofilik, lipofilik, dan amfifilik dengan molekul berat rendah atau tinggi. Transferosom adalah sistem ultra-fleksibel yang dapat merusak dan melewati konstriksi sempit (dari 5 hingga 10 kali lebih kecil dari diameternya sendiri) tanpa kehilangan yang signifikan. Transferosom dapat melintasi barrier stratum korneum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penentuan perbandingan konsentrasi yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat asam askorbat transferosom. Transferosom disiapkan dengan metode hidrasi lapis tipis. Transferosom mengandung Tween 80 sebagai pelarut surfaktan, fosfatidilkolinsoya, kloroform : metanol (1 : 1), dan dihidrasi dengan PBS pH 7,4. Berdasarkan penelitian, desain formula yang membandingkan konsentrasi antara fosfatidilkolin: Tween 80 adalah 95: 5,85: 15, dan 75:25 menunjukkan karakteristik Transferosome. Hasil efisiensi penjeratan adalah sekitar 99,75% -99,95%, ukuran partikel sekitar 151,4-456,1nm, dan morfologi partikel dengan memindai mikroskop elektron dan mikroskop trinoculer. Formula terbaik adalah formula III dengan efisiensi penjeratan 99,95%, ukuran partikel 151,4nm dan morfologi menunjukkan mereka memiliki vesikel unilamellar besar (LUV).Downloads
