This publication covers most of the discussion in human resource management and organizational behaviour. Some minor paper in marketing and finance is also present. This issue is published continously following the acceptance and finalizing of the articles in press. All articles will have DOI within a week after publishing. The authors will be mainly from Indonesia, with some contributing authors from Thailand, and Malaysia.
